Rissling's estimating department offers years of experience in all aspects of underground civil work. Competitive Lump sum quotations are always detailed in scope of work to avoid uncertainties as well as often providing alternates for ease of construction and offering cost savings.

A great deal of the work built with our clients is on a detailed force account system with which we have successfully completed over a million dollars a year. This method is very suitable where it is difficult to determine the exact scope of work. The client will be quoted Rissling's hourly labour and equipment rates as well as a predetermined cost plus fee. Using this method, each morning we would e-mail or fax a detailed costing of the previous day's work, listing of materials used, labour and equipment hours worked complete with a running total of the project to date.

Rissling offers years of experience in new steam heat installations providing open cut construction pricing as well as the construction of concrete trenches. We work hand in hand with mechanical contractors.
